Returns
We do not accept returns on any products purchased from our website.
Exchanges
We offer a one-time exchange for eligible products under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Products purchased during sales or promotional events.

Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable.
Refunds
As we do not accept returns, refunds are not provided except in cases where:

An item is out of stock after payment has been made.

A refund is approved by Little Alana due to exceptional circumstances.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2–7 business days.
