Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Acceptance of an order is subject to product availability and successful payment processing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Little Alana is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

5. Exchange, Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns.
We offer a one-time exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to eligibility and stock availability.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Refunds are only issued if an order cannot be fulfilled or under exceptional circumstances approved by Little Alana.
